These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Snap Magnetique website and your purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Returns & Exchanges Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Warranty Policy, which form part of these terms.

About Us
Snap Magnetique is an Australian business creating personalised photo products. You can contact us through the Contact page or by email at hello@snapmagnetique.com.au.
Orders
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where there is a pricing or listing error, or where an uploaded photo does not meet the requirements below; if we do, we will refund any amount you have paid.
Personalised Products and Your Photos
Our products are custom-made from the photos you upload. By uploading a photo you confirm that:
- You own the photo or have permission to use it, including permission from any people shown in it.
- The photo does not contain unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
- You grant us a limited licence to use the photo solely to produce and fulfil your order.
Your photos always remain yours. We store them securely, use them only for your order, and delete them automatically as described in our Privacy Policy. We may decline to print material that breaches these requirements.
Please review your photos and order details carefully before checkout. We print what you approve, including any spelling or photo choices submitted with the order.
Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment is taken at checkout using the payment methods displayed there. Your order is not confirmed until payment has been received or, for bank transfer, until the funds have cleared.
Production and Delivery
Orders are typically produced within 2 to 5 business days, and standard delivery within Australia generally takes a further 3 to 8 business days. We currently ship within Australia only. Full details, including any express options, are in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Changes and Cancellations
Because every product is personalised, orders can only be changed or cancelled before production begins. If you need a change, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we will help where we can. Once production has started, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns, Refunds and Faulty Products
We do not accept returns or exchanges of personalised products for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue and we will arrange a reprint, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights or remedies you may have under that law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, and images we have created, belongs to Snap Magnetique or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Photos you upload remain your property.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and except for rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order applies to that order.
