This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, dropping, bending, exposure to water, excessive heat, or chemicals
• Damage resulting from improper storage or handling
• Customer-submitted photo quality issues
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within the warranty period with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the claim is approved, we will replace the product at no additional cost.
