Refund Policy

At Snap Magnetique, customer satisfaction is our priority.

As all of our products are custom-made and personalised, refunds are generally not available once production has started.

Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:

• Your order cannot be produced.
• Your order is cancelled before production begins.
• Your order arrives damaged or defective and a replacement is not suitable.
• You receive the wrong product.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Please note that we are not responsible for errors in the photos, spelling, or information submitted by the customer during checkout.
