How your photo is printed
Everything here is made from a photo you upload, so a little care at the upload step makes the difference between a print you love and one that disappoints. This page explains exactly what happens to your photo, what we print, and what to check before you order.

A smaller photo still prints. It just gets softer the further below this it goes, and we will tell you in the preview when that is likely.
Your photo is cropped to fit, and you choose how
Photos are almost never the same shape as the product, so part of yours will fall outside the printed area. Before you add anything to your cart you can open the preview, drag your photo, and zoom in until the part you care about is inside the frame. What the preview shows is what we print.
Check the preview before you order
We print the framing you approved, exactly as you left it. We do not re-crop, retouch, straighten or colour-correct your photos, so please take a moment with the preview: it is the last point at which the framing can be changed.
Screens and print do not match exactly
Every screen shows colour a little differently, and ink on a physical surface differs again. Expect a close match rather than an identical one, particularly with very bright or very dark images.
Photos you may upload
JPG or PNG. By uploading, you confirm the photos are yours or that you have permission to have them printed. We only use them to make and send your order.
How long we keep them
Your photos are stored privately and deleted 60 days after your order is complete. Please keep your own copies: we cannot recover them afterwards.
Something not right?
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you approved, get in touch and we will put it right. Because every item is made from your own photo it cannot be resold, so we cannot take returns simply because of a change of mind.
